HARIZAN 14-DAY RETURNS POLICY

At Harizan, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Our products are described as truthfully and accurately as possible on the website. Our products are of high quality material and have gone through quality checks at every stage of production. Please be aware, variations in colour, size, thickness, shape and look may occur due to the natural fabric being used. Measurements may vary up to one inch. A 10% thickness and colour variation can occur by nature of the fabric and dye being used.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item, subject to the following terms and conditions.

Note: Due to the nature of our business, we keep limited stock and may not be able to offer an exchange as requested. 

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

1. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
2. Items that are marked as "Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligiblefor returns, exchange giftcard only.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Email us at returns@harizan.co.uk 
• Provide your order number with the # and your email address and the item you would like to return.
• Tell us whether you'd like to Return or Exchange for each item.
• Ship your parcel to us at the address provided.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item.

 

INSPECTION AND APPROVAL

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return.

If the return is approved, we will process your refund.

 

REFUND PROCESS

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your statement. The time taken for the credit to appear may vary depending on your financial institution.

 

EXCLUSIONS

Harizan does not accept international exchanges. Returns are accepted for eligible items as outlined in this policy, but exchanges for international orders are not available.
