Take pictures of the package(showing barcodes and info stickers on the package), take picture of the item especially damaged areas.
Reach UPS/DHL or FedEx’s local phone number and file a damage claim on the day when package was delivered to your address.
The later you file the claim, the less chance to get a result, since when time passes situation becomes unprovable.
At the same time please share photo proofs with me so that I can also file a claim to local courier for my location.
If package is not dropped at your door and you directly get it from courier, please have courier take the stamens down about the damaged pack on their system.
And lastly keep the package and item with the condition you get and do no use it until the claim gets a result.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government.
We keep limited stocks of our designs, however, if there is an overwhelming demand for a particular design, we will consider re-stocking. Please sign up to our mailing list to be notified when we re-stock and for upcoming drops.
You can return your order up to 14 days after it has been delivered, if all tags are still attached. Please read our Returns Policy for more information.
